Payment

My hourly fee is $185, and fees are collected at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards, including HSA cards. If you have questions about my fees or the services I provide, please don't hesitate give me a call.

  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
  
  If you have a different insurance carrier, you may still be able to receive reimbursement, especially if you have a PPO plan. For all other insurers, I am considered an "out of network provider." I'm happy to provide an invoice at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  
  It's important to check your coverage carefully, so you can be the most informed about your coverage. If you have questions about your coverage, feel free to contact me, and I can provide information to help get you started. I suggest calling your insurer and asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  
  
• What is my deductible and how much of this deductible have I met?
  
  
• What is my co-pay or co-insurance for mental health sessions?
  
  
• Is there a limit to how many sessions per year are covered under my plan?
  
  
• Do I need a pre-authorization and, if so, how do I obtain it?
  
  *Please also verify that I am in-network for your particular plan. If I am not in-network, then you can ask: How much of the cost is covered for a therapy session with an out-of-network provider?
  
  Cancellation Policy
  You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by telephone. If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and do not contact my office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session, which is $185.00.
